Today my 13 yr. old son is having surgery on his leg. Dylan had broke his growth plate during football practice. Missed the whole year. Well the growth plate healed - closed- so now the way he grows his leg at of last measure was 1/2 inch shorter than the other. So now they need to grow into the other leg and drill the growth plate so his legs grow even. I trust his surgeon and of course God has it handled. I just could use some thought for Dylan.
So glad you decided to stop by. I have lots of ideas and plans. I love crafting of all kinds so you from Card Making and Crocheting, general crafting to Sewing, maybe some Cross-stitch and Jewelry Making. Please enjoy and leave comments. Hugs~

hugs,
i know what its like for a child of yours to go through surgery my son has unfortunately had lots of operations on his legs and hips due to having cerebral palsy and the waiting is the hardest, or so you think my sons longest surgery weas 5 and a half hours actually in theatre 7 before returning to the ward from recovery. My heart goes out to you and to say get plenty of thing to occupy him whist he is recovering post op as that will make both of your times easier. Thinking of you all and hoping your son has an event free surgery and a speedy recovery Julye
