Happy Birthday Card

This card can be used so many different ways. Birthday, Easter, get well. This
I love Easter stamp set from TAC is quite versatile. I really love it. The flowers in the back ground are graphic blooms TAC also. This has primsa glitter and tropical brads. I flocked his tail. And I used the HB from trendy greeting stamps set.Wanna make this?
