Where I live it is winter. Today is an another snow day. (now im posting this on Mon. to show on wed) They are saying by wed we should have 9 - 20 inches depending on where you live. NOW before I get hate mail- I too feel VERY sorry for the people getting WAY worse weather. My hubby works for the DPW and I fully understand. BUT UCK either way!
So for the challenge over at For Fun this week, you chose- you tell us if it will be 6 more weeks of winter or spring will come. I know it will not happen but I chose spring. I would like spring to come. winter was odd this year. We have a sponsor Little Scraps of Heaven.
These images were made special for us at For Fun.
This is a project that I started to do using someone else's design but I made and error with the measurement of the drawer and so I ended up having to make my own. So I have the how to for you below. Then I added the card on top. you can fold it flat to send it in a box.
2 drawer card- all measures are in inches.
2-cs drawers-4 1/4 x 4 1/16 score at 15/16 all 4 sides
2- cs sheaths- 2 1/2 x 7 1/2 score at 1, 31/4, 4 1/4, turn and score 1 inch from end.
2 chipboard- 5x 2 3/4
2 DP 5 1/4x 3 - adhere and trim perfect.
Top card.
cs- 4 5/8 x 8 1/2 score at 2 1/8, 2 1/8, 2 1/8, 1, 1
DP 2- 4 1/2x 2.
1 - 4 1/2 x 7/8
you will need fishing line for base - after folding card attach to front of back and bottom of bottom- so the card stand up without falling back.
3 chipboard disc I made with a punch are behind flowers. they are buttons witht he center removed with a brad in the center.
When you fold and score the pieces you will know who to put it together.
I used a TAC stamp for the word.
So glad you decided to stop by. I have lots of ideas and plans. I love crafting of all kinds so you from Card Making and Crocheting, general crafting to Sewing, maybe some Cross-stitch and Jewelry Making. Please enjoy and leave comments. Hugs~
